Refund & Cancellation Policy | Laston Travels

At Laston Travels, we understand that travel plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which bookings can be cancelled and refunds may be provided.
1. Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following terms will apply:
- Flight Bookings:
Cancellations are subject to airline policies. Each airline has its own cancellation charges and refund rules. We will assist in processing the request as per airline terms. - Hotel Bookings:
Hotel cancellations must be made at least [insert number] days before check-in. Refunds depend on the hotel’s own cancellation policy. - Tour Packages / Activities (e.g., Safari, Sea Beach, Hill Station, etc.):
- 90% refund if cancelled 7 days before the travel date
- 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the travel date
- No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the travel date
- Forex Services:
Once confirmed, forex orders cannot be cancelled due to regulatory compliance.
2. Cancellation by Laston Travels
In rare cases, we may cancel a booking due to:
- Natural disasters or political unrest
- Technical issues or overbooking by service providers
- Regulatory restrictions
If we cancel your booking, you will receive a 100% full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra cost.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
- Any non-refundable service fees, taxes, or third-party charges will be deducted from the refund.
4. No Show Policy
If the traveler does not show up at the departure time or check-in location, no refund will be issued.
